Generally speaking, if you're publishing an AI generated blog, article, story, or even novel and passing it off as your own IP, you're breaking the law. At the very least, Amazon will come down on you and cancel your account. This is a good thing for a writer like myself who has noticed the influx of new material pile into KDP Select and Kindle Vella since Chat GPT was launched.
