A lot of authors, and YouTube sponsored ad spokespersons, would have you believe that writing books produces "passive income." While there is some truth to that, you need to be constantly maintaining your books either with new covers, new categories, new product copy, new ads, etc. Remember, you're constructing a city made of intellectual property. Imagine not maintaining your physical property? It would fall apart.
