I met an official 90+ year old skier on the mountain today. He said he stayed young by staying active and maintaining the mindset of a 16 year old. I also met a woman in her 80s who'd been a skiing fanatic since before I was born. Both of these people had one grand thing in common: a use it or lose it attitude. The same can be said of writers and our talent.
